Batu Caves
Batu Caves is a limestone hill that has a series of caves and cave temples in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia. It takes its name from the Sungai Batu, which flows past the hill and also it is the tenth limestone hill from Ampang.
Welcome party
Malay games, Malay Music, Malay attire, Malay cooking/cuisine, mini-Malay Waterfall, Malay herbal remedies and jungle walk, Malay Malaysia Malay. This deep dive into cultural immersion was different than a lot of our parties, but just felt right as we embark on this new part of the world.
Chilling waterfalls
Sungai Chiling (Chilling waterfalls) is about a two hour drive from Kuala Lumpur. Most notable is a three-tier waterfall at the end of a casual mile-long hike that crosses the water six times. One of the neatest things about this hike is the hundreds of fish that hardly seem to care about your presence.
Bird Park
The largest free-flight aviary in the world, Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is a 20.9-acre public aviary in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is a popular tourist attraction in the country, receiving an annual average of 200,000 visitors. It is located adjacent to the Lake Gardens.
Melaka
Malacca (Melaka in Malaysian) is a Malaysian state on the Malay Peninsula's southwest coast. The capital, Malacca City, has a colonial past seen in its preserved town center, the site of 16th-century, Portuguese St. Paul’s Church. It's also home to Christ Church, built by the Dutch in the 18th century. Next to Christ Church in Red Square is the Stadthuys, the Dutch-era town hall now housing a museum of Malaccan history and ethnography.
A very generous family welcomed our group into their home for a traditional breakfast and showed us how to make a local desert from scratch.
Thean Hou Temple
The Thean Hou Temple is a landmark six-tiered Chinese temple in Kuala Lumpur. It is located on a 1.67 acres of land atop Robson Heights along Lorong Bellamy, overlooking Jalan Syed Putra. It was completed in 1987 and officially opened in 1989.

Cameron Highlands
The Cameron Highlands is Malaysia’s most extensive hill station. It occupies an area of 712 square kilometres. To the north, its boundary touches that of Kelantan; to the west, it shares part of its border with Perak.
KL Tower
The Kuala Lumpur Tower is a tower centrally-located in KL with a 360 view of the rest of the city. Its construction was completed on 1 March 1995
