Direct2Care came to me needing more than a visual refresh. Their existing website communicated what they did, but not why it mattered. The positioning was broad, the messaging lacked focus, and the structure made visitors work too hard to understand the value. It looked fine. It just didn’t convert with confidence.
The first step wasn’t design. With the team at RevSpark, we worked through who the primary audience actually was, what problem Direct2Care solved better than alternatives, and what outcome their clients ultimately cared about. That process shaped the value proposition and gave us a clear narrative to build around. Instead of leading with features, we reframed the homepage around transformation and results.
From there, I restructured the site to guide visitors through a more intentional flow. The homepage moved from problem to solution to proof, with a clear call to action at every key moment. I simplified the information architecture, removed unnecessary distractions, and tightened the hierarchy so that each section had a job. The goal was to reduce friction and make the next step obvious.
Visually, the design leaned into clarity and trust. Clean typography, generous spacing, and deliberate use of color helped guide attention rather than decorate the page. Every layout decision supported comprehension. The design wasn’t about adding flair. It was about reinforcing credibility and making the message easier to absorb.
I also handled Framer development. Responsiveness, performance, and interaction details were considered from the start, so nothing was lost in translation. The result is a site that feels polished, cohesive, and easy to maintain.
Today, Direct2Care has a website that reflects the quality of their work and clearly communicates their value. It functions as a true sales asset rather than a static brochure. More importantly, it gives their team confidence. They can now send prospects to a site that does part of the selling for them.
